After a period of changes to the website, we are once again carrying out interviews with two interviews being carried out each month. We start with the beautiful bear who, at 36 years old, has lived in several cities in Europe and is currently a photographer's assistant in Belgium.

Mirco is one of those teddy bears that everyone would like to have in their life, a friendly, hard-working and bold person. Born in the city of Bergamo (Italy), he ventured to the beautiful city of Paris and after eight years went to Mons (Belgium) to be an app pilot.

He has always liked posing, he is currently a photographer's assistant, where at 36 he helps promote the sensuality of those who are still shy in the bear community.

We interviewed him, publicly known as Kikko L'Orson, we asked him about what led him to venture into the city of Light, his hobbies and his passions in the bear universe.

(Bear Plus) Her name on social media is Kikko, but her real name is Mirco. Kikko is a nickname and how did he start to be called that?

(Kikko) I started using Kikko as a nickname when I was young, very young. In fact, it was my grandmother who gave me this nickname. I have always loved it, the years go by and the nickname remains for friends and family, it was logical that the day I arrived on social networks I could not use a different nickname.

(Bear Plus) How did you discover his sexuality?

(Kikko) Like all teenagers, I took my first steps when I was in high school but I was not attracted to girls, I already knew that I was attracted to boys and I had a weakness for my PE teacher. One afternoon I stayed after school for a track team practice and once in the shower…. I'll spare you the details eh.. From that moment I understood that I was gay and what I liked.

(Bear Plus) Before coming to Belgium, what was his life like in Italy and France?

(Kikko) In Italy, I had a normal life, I took my first steps in the gay world, fortunately my parents accepted me as I was without problem, during the week I worked, the weekend was occupied by evenings with friends, dance, sport. One fine day in 2012, I decided to change my life and embark on a new adventure and go to France. The difficulty? I don't speak French, I didn't know anyone, I found myself alone: but nothing could stop me. An adventure that lasted 8 years, a beautiful adventure. And now I have been living here in Belgium for 3 years.

(Bear Plus) What is the delivery pilot like in Belgium?

(Kikko) It's a fun, flexible and pressure-free job, even if I come home tired at the end of the day, I'm satisfied with the work I do. I do it with a smile and I'm happy to see customers smile when they hear my Italian accent.

(Bear Plus) Since I visited 3 countries, which bear community felt they were welcome?

(Kikko) To tell the truth, I only started being part of the bear community when I was in France. It's only been a few years since I got closer to the Italian community. All three communities are special, full of many different profiles, I can't choose one in particular because I have been welcome in all 3.

(Bear Plus) How do young people see themselves in relation to the bear universe nowadays?

(Kikko) What a great question, I hope it's a little better than a few years ago. Even if it must be said that in the period we live in, physical appearance still plays a big role. I would like one day this search for the perfect body to end and that like in the bears community we accept everyone without difference and mockery.

(Bear Plus) How do you feel when being photographed?

(Kikko) I never considered myself a handsome guy and I didn't have much self-confidence and above all I was afraid of being judged by others. Letting myself have photos taken or selfies taken was quite difficult for me. I must wholeheartedly thank JU.V.A. for the
work we have accomplished together. He took me by the hand and made me understand many things about myself and my body: but above all he made me understand that I was beautiful and that I could please as I am. Now, when I am photographed, I am happy.

(Bear Plus) How do you feel when being photographed?

(Kikko) It happened like this by chance: one day a friend gave me a Lego Star Wars model, when I returned home I started building it and fell in love with Lego products. My favorites remain the Star Wars and Technic sets, and the more complex the better.

(Bear Plus) Since you are a person who has traveled (experienced in 3 countries), which country do you still want to visit?

(Kikko) Another move to another country is not planned. But many travel ideas are running through my head. Especially to see what other bear communities around the world are like. Who knows, one day I will be there to visit your country: and if so don't hesitate, come say hello to me and let's grab a beer together.

(Bear Plus) I saw that you are a photographer's assistant, what does it feel like to be in a photography studio.

(Kikko) Yes, I am the assistant photographer of JU.V.A. It's a great experience and with each model it's a different experience. See how in the first poses they can be intimidated by

the idea of being photographed and as little by little they gain self-confidence and we all have a magical moment. But the best thing is to see their reactions once the work of JU.V.A. is finished. I am happy to work with JU.V.A on their shoots.

(Bear Plus) You are single or married?

At the moment I'm single, and to be honest it's a bit of a complicated time for love. But who knows, maybe one day I'll find my teddy bear hidden somewhere. You just have to wait.
